Fun in the snow
A few days ago we got our first good snow fall. We had had a few dustings before that, but now there was a couple inches to play in. That idea had Leo all excited. What he failed to realize was that with this great gift of snow came some absolutely frigid temperatures and a bitter wind (we are talking about wind chills well below zero). It was the kind of cold and wind we get in the middle of the winter here in the great white north, not December. But that didn't matter to Leo, it was snow!
"Mom, what is taking so long?"(this was the look I got as I was adding layers of clothes, boots and enough cold-weather gear to cover every part of me.)
Rocky helping me get dressed - yes he was that close the whole time.
Leo says, "Are you finally ready?"
And they wrestle!

And like this - Leo says, "I don't know why you were so cold mom?"
